• Chai Latte Smoothie
Try this spice chai! You might be surprised by the slightly citrus and strong taste, thanks to the cardamom (keep in mind that a little goes a long way). A pinch of sea salt will bring out the full flavor of each spice. Add a dollop of almond butter and see how that gives you more of a boost! Blend it all with ice for a yummy chai frappuccino!
Serves 2.
2 cups almond or nondairy milk
½ tablespoons ginger, finely minced or grated
½ tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 dates pitted or 2 tablespoons honey
Sea salt, to taste
In a high speed blender; blend all ingredients until smooth
