Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa yoga
An all-level Vinyasa flow with a great emphasis on alignment.
This class includes longer holds, openings, and balances that require both strength and sustained concentration through a progression of classical poses intended to take you out of your own thoughts and into your body.
Will include advanced poses, but modifications will be offered to make it accessible for all. Be ready to find peace and calm at the end of your day.
Each practice might include a different breathing exercise.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a passive style of movement meditation. In these classes, you’ll tune in to your body’s innate wisdom while building meditative awareness and grounding.
Yin yoga uses long, passive holds and deep breathing to target the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices).
Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin yoga also offers deep relaxation and improved mental focus.
This is a very chill class so bring blankets, bolsters, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
Yin / Yang flow
Yin Yang Flow is a fun, creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of yoga in a well-rounded and thoughtful practice.
Each class is an innovative fusion of body-opening yin postures, dynamic full-body flows, and centering pranayama to liberate you in body, mind, and spirit.
