Sprouted Chickpea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3.5 C. Sprouted Chickpeas

  • 3-4 oz. Olive Oil (extra virgin & cold pressed)

  • 2-3 oz. Sesame Oil

  • 3 Cloves Garlic

  • 4 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tsp. Kelp Powder

  • 1 Pinch Frontier Pizza Seasoning

  • 1 Pinch Cayenne

  • 2 Tsp. Ground Cumin Seed

  • Optional: Braggs to taste after blending

 

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except Braggs.

  2. While blending in a Vita Mix, stir vigorously with the stirring rod.

  3. Season to taste with Braggs if desired and/or add other herbs, olives, etc.
