3 cups cashew or nondairy milk
2 cups fresh strawberries (frozen is fine)
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 small orange, peeled
1 banana
1 ½ cups loosely packed spinach
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
